Our focus is expanding from small residential developments to larger, more complex urban mixed-use, affordable multi-family, and senior living developments, primarily in Boston's underserved neighborhoods. We will also leverage our deep understanding of the building process and industry network where opportunities are compelling in other geographic areas. Our developments will include a sustainable building strategy, with locations close to mass transit where possible. While thinking creatively, our strategy is to integrate the financial, physical design, environmental, and public goals into a solution that enables us to achieve superior triple-bottom-line results.
Our Principal has very diverse expertise, and partners with only the best third party contractors and investors in the area to bring an exceptional team of individuals together for each project, with extensive real estate expertise in the finance, development, design, marketing and construction functions. In doing so, we aim to achieve a high level of diversity on our teams, reflective of the community demographic. Our capital partners are expanding to include high net worth individuals, family offices and private equity funds, in addition to strong, established banking relationships such as LISC, East Boston Savings Bank, Enterprise Bank, Norwood Bank, and Eastern Bank, among others.
